- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp dried Brahmi leaves (or 2 tsp fresh leaves, chopped)

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add Brahmi leaves.
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey and/or lemon to taste.
- Enjoy 1–2 cups daily, preferably in the morning or afternoon.
Memory-Boosting Brahmi Smoothie

A delicious green smoothie that combines Brahmi with brain-healthy fats and berries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup fresh Brahmi leaves (or 1 tsp Brahmi powder)

Instructions

Brahmi Ghee (Brahmi Ghrita)

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Brahmi leaves, washed and finely chopped

- 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions
- Blend Brahmi leaves with water to form a smooth paste.

- Add the Brahmi paste to the warm ghee.
- Simmer on very low heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- The water will evaporate; the ghee will take on a greenish tint.

- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass jar.
- Allow to cool. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 1–2 months.
Dosage: 1 tsp (5 ml) once or twice daily, preferably with warm milk.
Warm Brahmi Milk (Ayurvedic)
A comforting bedtime drink that supports mental clarity and relaxation.
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 tsp Brahmi powder
- 1 tsp ghee
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan.
- Whisk in Brahmi powder and ghee until fully dissolved.
